ผมเป็นคนหนึ่งที่ชอบจดจำรูปแบบของประโยคการพูดที่ฟังดู แล้วเพราะและให้ความหมายที่ชัดเจนกว่า บางประโยคๆ ที่แต่งขึ้นมาเอง

It is clear that…           -           มันเห็นได้ชัดว่า

It is apparent that…       -           มันเห็นได้ชัดว่า

It can be summarized that…       -           มันสามารถสรุปได้ว่า

What I mean is that…                -           ชั้นหมายความว่า

That’s all                                   -           ก็เท่านี้

That’s not quite right                  -           ก็ไม่ถูกต้องซะทีเดียว

Well, I didn’t exactly…               -           ก็ ชั้นไม่ได้ หมายความถึงว่า

Can you remind me of N/Ving? -            คุณช่วยเตื่อนฉันในเรื่องของ….

I’d like to start/stop/keep on Ving

I’ve changed my mind               -           ฉันเปลี่ยนใจ

Prevention is better than cure           -           ป้องกันไว้ก่อน

In accordance with the governments’ policy    -         ตามที่นโยบายของรัฐบาล

Set up their own business in the future

To take part in this job                                 -         มีส่วนร่วมในงานนี้

Life expectancy                                            -         อายุขัย

Tremendous amount of competition               -         การแข่งขันทีมีมาก

Huge expectation of the parents                    -        ความคาดหวังที่ยิ่งใหญ่ของพ่อแม่

It’s alright to fall down, but you bounce up immediately  – ล้มแล้วต้องลุก

Be so proud of myself       -     I am so proud of you – ฉันรู้สึกภูมิใจในตัวคุณ
