การใช้ a few, few, a little, and little

Few แปลว่า 2-3

Little แปลว่า เล็กน้อย

Positive – ถ้าเนื้อหาที่พูดถึงเป็นแง่บวก ก็ให้ใช้ A few หรือ A little

Negative – ถ้าเนื้อหาที่พูดถึงเป็นแง่ลบ ก็ให้ใช้ few หรือ little

เช่น

She has been here only three days, but she has already made a few friends. (+)

A little sunshine is better than none. (+)

I feel sorry for her. She has very few friends. (-)

I have very little money and I don’t have enough money to go home. (-)
